At the recent New York Times Travel Show filled with exhibitors and vendors, there is plenty to do and see.  The centre not only hosts a plethora of destination choices but also features travel products, seminars given by speakers covering different aspects of travel and book signings from travel writers and industry experts.  

The best aspect of attending a venue like this is that it gives you the ability to interact and talk to vendors, listen to the advice given by speakers and get a better understanding of what it entails on taking trips. 

Deciding on where to go is dependent on considering a number of things, like budgeting , the type of experience that's being sought and picking the best time of year to travel for some destinations. Selecting is not through lack of choice, because there are plenty of options but in identifying and finding the right fit.
